We offer a variety of spaces available for use upon request.

ACB-Academic Complex Building

ACB2 Auditorium

This room has 175 seats, plus room for 10 more ADA seats. It features a second entrance with a ramp for individuals with mobility issues.

It is equipped with a large multi-panel display and an accompanying speaker array. The display is paired with a control podium that contains the following:

  • HDMI input
  • VGA input
  • USB-A input
  • Power outlet

The podium also controls the following technology:

  • Display input settings
  • Microphone (connected to room speakers)
  • Video camera
  • Document camera

ACB2 Seminar Room

This room seats 60 people.

It is equipped with a large flat-panel display and an accompanying speaker array. The display is paired with a control podium that contains the following:

  • HDMI input
  • VGA input
  • USB-A input
  • Power outlet

The podium also controls the following technology:

  • Display input settings
  • Microphone (connected to room speakers)
  • Video camera
  • Document camera

ACB Classroom

This room accommodates 34–50 people, depending on the building.

It is equipped with a large flatpanel display and an accompanying speaker array. The display is paired with a control podium that contains the following:

  • HDMI input
  • VGA input
  • USB-A input
  • Power outlet

  • Microphone (connected to room speakers)

Conference Room

This room accommodates 6–12 people*, depending on the building.

The minimum group size is 10, and maximum group size is 60. If your group exceeds 60, please make another reservation. Email education@rellis.tamus.edu with this information:
